CIPHERPLATFORM GUIDE

CIPHER / THE PLATFORM

Raise in SOL. Launch what’s next.

A proposed sealed auction platform for token and NFT launches. Solana collects and settles the raise; a committed destination defines where the asset is delivered.

Design in progress. Live deposits are closed.

The first release targets a 24-hour SOL auction for a Solana token through Pump.fun. Broader destinations are a roadmap, not available launch services.

One auction. An explicit destination.

Commit the asset, supply, reserve, fees, closing time, destination chain, recipient rules and failure policy before bidding. Accept sealed maximum-price and quantity bids. After close, calculate one clearing price, refund unused SOL, and fulfill the winning allocations.

Deploying after the close does not mean changing the chain after people have paid. A future multi-chain auction must commit its allowed destinations and selection rule in advance. Cross-chain delivery and Solana refunds require an independently verified settlement design.

CIPHER’s published rules govern its own auctions. The Argonauts and zkSNARKs projects are research references, not evidence of identical sale mechanics, cryptography or affiliation. An NFT supply limit is different from a fundraising soft or hard cap.

First: the CIPHER launch.

WINDOW24 hours
COMMITMENT / WALLET0.1–5 SOL
OFFERED / TOTAL500M / 1B

One clearing price, six token decimals and 10,000 tokens per lot. The wallet cap is cumulative; it is not one-person-one-bid. The platform fee is 2% of successful gross winning payments. Reserve, soft cap, optional deposit ceiling and start time must still be committed.

Pump creates a bonding curve. The proposed adapter must acquire the promised inventory within an immutable spending ceiling and transfer it into protected custody. Buying tokens consumes SOL: the gross raise is not the same as net project proceeds. Refund liabilities, purchase cost, network costs, settlement fees and any recovery reserve must be reconciled before launch.

Build a brief. Keep your keys.

Public launch intake is open. Choose your asset, chain and auction terms, review the fixed 2% fee, then save a private browser-session brief or download your copy. No seed phrase, private key, email or social account is required. Saved briefs expire after 24 hours and do not launch an auction.

All collected platform fees are intended for future CIPHER buybacks and burns. The fee policy is specified; automated collection, purchases and burns are not active. Refunds carry no platform fee.

Robinhood Chain

EVM contracts · Pons candidate

Vortex documents a Pons token route. No authenticated CIPHER launch test or NFT adapter.

Zcash

Potential funding rail

No native asset issuance adapter. Existing ZEC → Solana USDC quotes are public dry runs, not funding for this native SOL raise.

Ethereum-compatible contracts are a starting point, not blanket chain support. OpenSea discovery, SeaDrop primary issuance and CIPHER winner delivery are separate integrations. NFTs are outside the first token auction.

Where Vortex fits

Vortex documents Solana token venues and Pons on Robinhood Chain. Its API offers launch readiness, affordability, supply previews, scheduling and idempotent requests. These are useful references for an execution adapter.

Its launch API uses an account wallet or imports a private key. Live launches require a key without spending caps, wallet restrictions or sandbox mode. That custody and authorization model does not satisfy CIPHER’s proposed escrow controls or an all-fronts anonymity guarantee.

CIPHER keeps the official unsigned Pump SDK path as its primary approach. No wallet keys or bidder records have been sent to Vortex. No authenticated Vortex launch has been tested. No NFT, Ethereum or Zcash issuance route was established from its reviewed API.

Privacy is a separate gate.

The current server-managed sandbox is not operator-blind. The live chain and its providers can expose wallets, funding and delivery even when bids are sealed.
